We were recently contracted to complete a full refurbishment in this property on Iona Street in Leith.
The renovation included full plastering and painting throughout the property, a new bathroom and kitchen fitted, a new boiler and radiators fitted, all carpets and flooring laid, spotlights added in every room and completed with a full clean down of the property.
Our team of professional joiners, electricians, plumbers, tilers and cleaners worked together to complete this job. The result was a huge transformation that the customer was delighted with.
In the hallway the walls were re-plastered and painted, new spotlights were installed in the ceiling, a new radiator was fitted to the wall and new carpet was laid throughout the home.
In the living room and bedrooms the woodwork was painted to give the property a freshen up.
We installed a new bathroom including sink unit, shower and toilet. New flooring was laid also. Our work in the bathroom maximised the space available and made it more practical and contemporary looking.
The kitchen was also completely renovated. This included new appliances, lighting, flooring, tiling, cupboard doors and worktops.
Finally the property was given a full clean to complete. The customer were delighted with the end result.
