We were commissioned a large scale project, to complete the structural works for Townsend Dental's new practive on Ocean Drive in Edinburgh.

Structural Alterations

This project involved significant structural alterations to the existing premises to create the completely new internal layout required for the dental practice. Our works included the careful removal and alteration of sections of the existing structure, followed by the installation of new structural steelwork, support posts and structural openings in accordance with the engineer’s design.

Once the structural alterations were completed, the new metal-stud framework was formed around the steelwork, creating the layout for four new dental surgeries, reception and waiting areas, office/X-ray station, decontamination room, staff facilities and associated clinical spaces.
